Delivery & Returns Policy

DELIVERY 

  • Delivery Charges (Exc Highlands) are as follows:
    £5.95 on ALL Orders except Retail Furniture & Cash Registers which are Free Delivery

    All stock items ordered before 12am will be delivered within 48hours.  If you have provided us with an email address then we will email you once we have despatched your goods. Our carrier will send a follow up email with an estimated day / time of delivery.

    Shelving will be delivered within 72 hours. 

    All timber products are made to order in our own factory and will be delivered as soon as possible.  If you are looking for a quick delivery on timber products please give us a call and we will try to meet your delivery schedule.  Alternatively, add your comments to the order and we will contact you.

    (IV, KW1-KW14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19-PH26, PH30-PH41, PH49-PH50 Northern Island, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man)
    Orders up to £350 - £20.00
    Orders over £350.00 - £30.00

    There may be exclusions on large / heavy orders, but we will either add it to your shopping cart on checkout or contact you before despatch.

  • DirectShopFittings.co.uk will only be held liable for damaged goods when signed for as ‘received damaged’. All damages and/or short delivery must be notified within 1 working days. Please ensure deliveries are checked before signing the delivery note otherwise claims for damages and/or shortages may not be entertained.

    Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.


RETURNS

  • Goods which have been incorrectly ordered or are unsuitable will only be accepted for return with prior approval from DirectShopFittings.co.uk. Returned goods will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery, if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original manuals and have not been used. A restocking charge will be levied against any goods returned

  • Goods should not be returned without prior arrangement. Please contact our Customer Support team on 01623-741500.

  • Customers are responsible for returning goods, ensuring returned goods are suitably packed and obtaining necessary proof of delivery and receipt.
