Tefcold UR400B Upright Refrigerator – White

The UR400B upright fridge from Tefcold has both a white interior and exterior finish. It opens up by a single solid hinged door which is reversible. This means that it can be hinged to open either right handed or left handed, depending on your needs and preferences. There is a lock fitted as standard to provide added security for keeping your stock safe when the fridge is not in use.

It is refrigerated using fan assisted cooling which is an efficient and consistent cooling method that ensures the longevity and performance of your unit remains high. Automatic defrost keeps it clean and operating at its best, whilst also saving you time not having to manually defrost it yourself.

A digital temperature display and controller is mounted to the front of the unit. This allows you to change the temperature as required and monitored throughout use. Temperatures can be set anywhere between 2°C and 10°C.

The fridge comes with four adjustable shelves included, which can be used to customise the interior of your fridge for your personal needs and to fit your stock most effectively. You can make the space between shelves smaller or larger to accommodate items of various sizes, shelves can also be removed to provide more space or better access when cleaning the fridge.

Two front height adjustable feet help with minor changes to height, to keep the unit levelled with other appliances or counters in your kitchen. Two rear castors are also fitted to help with making movement of the fridge easier.

The door gasket is designed to be easily replaced, so if it gets damaged you will not have to pay expensive repair costs to have it fixed and an effective seal can always be maintained.

Warranty

• 2 years Parts and 1 year Labour
  • 2 Year Parts Warranty
    All Tefcold integral products are sold with 2 years parts warranty as standard. In general terms, all electromechanical parts are covered against defects and will be replaced like for like or with a component which is compatible with the product.
  • Warranty Exceptions
    Unless confirmed as being damaged within 24 hours from initial delivery, all cosmetic items and fabricated items are specifically not covered by the warranty.
    • Shelves / baskets, trays and pans are specifically not covered by warranty.
    • Light bulbs, tubes and gaskets and trims are deemed consumable and not covered by warranty.
    • Other consumable items and breakables are not covered by warranty.
    • Stock loss due to unit failure, or claims for consequential losses are excluded from warranty.
  • Important notes
    • Warranty is invalidated if non approved parts are fitted, unless specified by Interlevin Refrigeration Ltd.
    • Warranty is not transferrable.
    • Use of equipment other than for its designated purposes invalidates the warranty.
    • We reserves the right to request engineer’s diagnosis reports before supplying parts if applicable.
    • The serial number of the unit at fault must be supplied for warranty to be implemented.
    • We reserve the right to collect faulty parts for assessment if applicable.
  • 1 Year Labour Warranty
    • Tefcold will attend site free of charge and repair items that have failed within warranty, subject to exclusions listed in ‘Exceptions’ and ‘Important notes’ or the section headed ‘2 Year Parts Warranty’.
    • The following list details parts and faults which are not considered part of any Service Contract and will be invoiced on a chargeable basis.
  • Labour warranty exceptions.
    • No fault found; general misuse, abuse and site issues and cabinet location; general cleaning and maintenance; damage caused by movement within premises or relocation; blocked drains; defective power source or use of extension sockets; incorrect power source; following repair by an unauthorised party; general refurbishment.
